Most things that are worth having are worth working hard for. As the director is named this week, it is clear that the hard work is only beginning as the school community begins the discernment process for its own role in the transition and success of its new leadership. The good news is that although hard work will be integral in facilitating a successful transition, it's never bad news to work hard for something worthwhile.
